Information used to manage a shipment
Shipment records contain sender and recipient names, telephone numbers and addresses, origin and destination, parcel details, a tracking number and tracking events. Authorised staff enter this information to manage transport, identify parcels, print shipping labels and communicate delivery progress.
Tracking visibility
Anyone who has a valid tracking number, for example by scanning the QR code on the shipping label, can view the shipment’s origin and destination, current status and tracking timeline, together with the sender and recipient names and addresses. Telephone numbers are shown with most digits hidden. Order references, parcel contents and full telephone numbers are visible only to authorised administrators. Keep tracking numbers private if you do not want to share this information.
Storage and access
Shipment records are stored in the website’s hosted database. Website hosting, database and authentication providers process information as needed to operate this service. Authorised administrators can view shipment contact details, update records and print labels. Signed-in administrator identifiers are recorded alongside changes.
Website preferences and sign-in
Administrators sign in with a username and password. After sign-in, an essential session cookie keeps the administrator signed in. Your language preference may be stored in your browser. We do not add advertising trackers to this website.
Access, corrections and privacy concerns
To request access to or correction of shipment information, or raise a privacy concern, contact Coastal Bloom through the contact used for your shipment booking or write to our business address below. Include the tracking number and enough information for us to verify your connection to the shipment. Please do not send sensitive identity documents unless they are requested for a specific purpose.
