Information about tracking and arranging a shipment with Coastal Bloom.
Last updated: 16 October 2026

Our company

This website is operated for COASTAL BLOOM TRADING PTY LTD. Our company identifiers and business address appear below.

Arranging a shipment

Service availability, collection arrangements, accepted goods, packaging requirements, charges and estimated delivery times are confirmed when a shipment is booked and accepted. Any shipment-specific terms should be agreed before goods are handed over. The website’s general service descriptions are not a confirmed quotation or delivery commitment.

Tracking information

Enter your complete tracking number to view the latest recorded logistics events. Tracking events are entered by authorised operations staff. A gap between updates does not by itself confirm a delay or loss. For a delivery enquiry, use the contact through which your shipment was arranged and include the tracking number.

Shipment details

Provide accurate sender and recipient details, a complete address, contact telephone number and a clear description of the goods. If information needs correcting, contact the booking representative promptly. Keep your tracking number and booking documents for future enquiries.

Service concerns and applicable rights

If there is a problem with a shipment, contact us through your booking contact or write to our business address so we can review the circumstances. Nothing on this website excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.

Information about when Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply is available from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Use of this website

Use tracking information only for shipments you are authorised to follow. Do not attempt to access other customers’ personal information or interfere with the website. See our privacy information for how shipment data is handled.
